My academic background
With a diverse academic background spanning from a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut, to an MSc in Diabetes from the University of Leicester, and culminating in a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of North Florida, I bring a comprehensive understanding of nutritional science to my practice. My journey through these esteemed institutions has equipped me with a profound understanding of the intricacies of human nutrition and its profound impact on health.
